Product Return and Refund Policy

Any product that is received defective or damaged may be returned for exchange within 30 business days of the original invoice date. Health & Safety Professionals Inc. will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of defective or damaged items.

Requests for refund made 31 days or later from the original invoice date will not be accepted.

In order to meet our service standard for product delivery, we process orders on a daily basis. Therefore, cancellation of product orders must be received by 1530 (Eastern Standard Time), the same business day to avoid a restocking fee and shipping charges.
