We will support you as much or as little as you need. Do you need a one-hour WHMIS overview or harassment lunch-and-learn session? Do you need us on the weekend to accommodate shift workers? Would you like us to review the policies you’ve already written? How about a two-day customized supervisor or contractor safety course based on your work practices? We have done all those things. We don’t charge you for the initial time we spend deciding on the best approach.

We will always be honest with you; even when we don’t have a solution. We will, however, try to find someone who can help. You can count on us giving consistent messaging to your senior management team and your front-line workers. The goal is a safe workplace and sometimes we have different perspectives and different pressures. Once we agree on that, we can come up with solutions to ensure that workers get home to their families, volunteer work,
hobbies, and pets.

teaClassroom training is our specialty. Our experienced facilitators can help you apply your knowledge to your workplace and make it relevant to you. We believe that lively discussions where we can safety learn and challenge each other is a great environment for learning. We welcome all sectors, unionized, non-unionized, workers, and managers to come together to learn about occupational health and safety and a little bit about what someone else in their community does for a living. And we always have fun! Yes, we can take a serious subject like health and safety and have a few laughs. The best compliment at the end of any session is “That wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be” or “I was dreading coming but that was great.” This makes us smile.
