CPO-Approved Basic Certification Training

Are you an excellent instructor with a superb understanding of Ontario’s occupational health and safety system?

Health & Safety Professionals Inc. is interested in partnering with several qualified instructors throughout Ontario to deliver HSPI’s approved Basic Certification Training Program; Parts One, Two, and Refresher. Instructors must meet minimum qualifications as set out by the Chief Prevention Officer, and HSPI. HSPI will be responsible for all updates to the materials. All learner materials and ongoing quality assurance to the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development will be provided by HSPI.

Your business model, including pricing, how often and where you offer courses (other than in the District of Algoma) will be entirely in your hands. You will be responsible for meeting insurance and upgrading requirements.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Other HSPI Training Courses

We develop great courses. Why reinvent the wheel? We will sell you our Powerpoint slides, speaker notes, and provide you with all of the reference material we read prior to writing the course. Then, we will print the books for you. Currently, Health and Safety Supervisor, De-Escalation, and WHMIS 2015 are available. If you are a Basic Certification Training partner, we make these available to you at a very low cost. It’s our way of saying thank you for being our partner. Do you have other courses you’d like to use for your in-house training, let us know and we may be able to help.
