Health & Safety Professionals Inc. believes that incident investigations are critical to an occupational health and safety management system. Participants will learn the importance of systems investigations and thinking broadly when looking for multiple causes of incidents, including near misses.

This course is based on the CSA-Z1002:21 standard. Participants will apply their knowledge to a case study.
