Cancellation Policy

Online Distance Learning

• Substitutions (in writing) are welcome anytime, but please notify us as soon as possible.
• Early Cancellations (more than 10 days prior to the course date): Refund of the registration fee paid, less a $100 processing charge.
• Late Cancellations (less than 10 days prior to the course date): Refunds cannot be issued.
• Once your materials have been shipped, there are no refunds.
• No shows on the day of training; You will have to re-register for your course by paying the entire course fee.
• No refunds on bundle pricing. It is your responsibility to register for a Part Two course within one year.
• If HSPI cancels a course, your entire registration fee will be refunded.
• Special Needs – If you have language, literacy, or accommodation needs, call the office at 705-254-3752.

On-site Training

• After invoice issuance: 50% of the quoted fee is payable.
• Late cancellations (less than 15 days prior to course date): Full quoted amount plus any incurred travel expenses.
