Cancellation Policy

Online Distance Learning

Substitutions (in writing) are welcome anytime, but please notify us as soon as possible.

Early Cancellations (more than 10 days prior to the course date): Refund of the registration fee paid, less a $100 processing charge.

Late Cancellations (less than 10 days prior to the course date): Refunds cannot be issued.

Once your materials have been shipped, there are no refunds.

No shows on the day of training; You will have to re-register for your course by paying the entire course fee.

No refunds on bundle pricing. It is your responsibility to register for a Part Two course within one year.

If HSPI cancels a course, your entire registration fee will be refunded.

Special Needs – If you have language, literacy, or accommodation needs, call the office at 705-254-3752.

On-site Training

Once invoice is issued, cancellation will result in client being responsible for 50% of the training fees.

Late Cancellations (less than 25 days prior to the course date): Refunds cannot be issued.
