Violence and Harassment plus Harassment Investigation

In this full-day course, we will review violence and harassment assessments, the provincial Code of Practice, and discuss domestic violence as it pertains to workplaces. We will review legislated definitions and take away best practices related to both jurisdictions. Learn about requirements in the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Canada Labour Code Part II. In the second half of the presentation, you will learn how to investigate harassment allegations.
This course is meant for all workers/supervisors/managers in all sectors. We welcome and encourage participation from unionized and non-unionized workplaces. We all have valuable experiences and can learn from one another.
